Health is the dynamic, all-inclusive and multi-dimensional state of physical, mental, and social states that is not free from disease or infirmity. This condition of several kinds passes through and influences the lives of individuals and their families with regard to the communities in which they live, and themselves in all aspects whether physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, or social.
Factors Affecting Health
Many are very complex in their causes for health and, therefore by simplification fall into five big categories,
1. Physiological Factors:
Genetic
Nutrition and diet
Physical activity
Sleep and rest
Environment: Air, water, climate
Health care
2. Psychosocial Factors
Pressure
Psychological illness: anxiety, depression, etc.
Emotional welfare: self-esteem, happiness, etc.
Cognitive performances: memory, concentration, etc.
Personality aspects: optimism, resilience, etc.
3. Sociological Factors
Family and social support

Culture, background, values, upbringing
