Role of diet in our Daily life.

Dishes are performing tasks at high performances in our health routine. We have been using oils and fats in diet that may work effectively for our health. To have a healthy life we need to increase our knowledge regarding diet what is good and what is bad. There is saying It is health which is real wealth it is not pieces of gold and silver. If we do proper planning and take wealthy diet daily it could make us more wealthy. If you have health you have wealth.

Fats in diet..
Fat are micronutrients, which provide energy to different functions of the body including:
Source of Energy: Fats contain 9 calories per gram which makes the fat a very good source of energy.
Digestion of Nutrition: There are some nutrients like A, B, and C which require fat for digestion.
Structure of Cell: Fats take part in building of hormones.
Types of Fats
Saturated Fats: These saturated fats are generally found in animals (meat and dairy), as well as some plant oils (palm oil and coconut oil).
Unsaturated Fats: Good Fats. And there are two types:
1. Monosaturated Fats
These fats can be found in olive oil, avocado oil, and nuts. These fats do good in the regulation of our body’s cholesterol levels and these are well-got for health.
2. Polyunsaturated Fats
These fats are present in fish and walnuts, and these fats help proper working of the brain and cells.
